this is my entry for the darksiders contest: your last days
this is the first time i participate in a contest
my theme is more like a biblical kinda thing, with angels and demons being released from heaven and hell to judge humans, here the sky opens and leads way to horsemen of the apocalypse and their henchmen and here one of them is ready to carry out his judgement on a human who is ashamed and scared to death and realizes it is his end while other human is just there laying on the ground paralyzed and scared to death too
and well this is actually the first horse i have ever drawn, so i had to do a little study on horses to make this one

But of course you wouldn't have won the competition with this, I mean come on, there's no flashy colours, it hasn't been made using an expensive graphics pad and complicated programs like Photoshop. Because nowadays that's really all that matters; how pictures look. No thought ever goes into the effort and the message that those pictures contain. It amazes me that you made this from a pencil and a piece of paper and created this visualization of how the world will end - in chaos.
Keep going with your pictures, it takes more skill to become a better artist with paper than to become a better artist on a screen, because with tradtional art...there's no ctrl z.
